So, I've talked about Plan To Eat on here before - a website I love to use to plan out my meals for the week (and love even more for the pretty little shopping list it spits out for me after I do the planning!)
I'm not sure if you've heard of Laura over at Organizing Junkie, but if you're looking to do a little spring cleaning - she has some really great resources...and well, her whole blog is dedicated to organizing life's nooks & crannies, so I pretty much love her! One thing she does is a weekly Menu Plan link up where you can share what you're cookin up for the week! So, I thought I'd join in the fun and maybe inspire a few healthy meals for you all!

I have actually never heard of that planning site, but I will have to check them out. Meals in our house are often crazy, because I am coming back from work late, or DH forgets to make something (he does most of the cooking)...

Are you a vegetarian? I am sort of phasing out meat and noticed you post a lot of meatless recipes - where do you find them?

That is a pretty awesome website. It can be a very big help to those who wants to go on a diet but don't know how to. Thank you for sharing I will definitely check this one out.
