Did you know that today there were free yoga classes being offered all over the US? How awesome is that? Mr Swell & I did a vinyasa class outdoors, in front of the beautiful ocean in downtown West Palm today...it was a challenging class but there was such a nice breeze blowing through.
I also managed to pick up a few yoga goodies from the vendors that were there...because leave it to me to find a way to spend money at a free event!
You know what else was awesome? I got to try out the yoga bag I made the other night that I'm feeling a teensy weensy proud of. I used this tutorial to make it and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. I think somebody's found a new hobby.
