When life throws you rain..

...make aprons!!
The rain has been pouring in since yesterday so I thought it would be a great day to get working on some crafty goods. I picked up a super cheap sewing machine at Target to use while I"m in Florida for the next few weeks....and it's awesome!
I found this great tutorial here for a cafe apron and customized it a bit to make it reversible:

I love the way it turned out and I'm excited to do more. I can't wait to make Chloe her own apron one day!
I'm going to attempt a yoga bag tonight while watching the Globes with my girl!

How cute! I wish I knew how to sew. I have an apron collection and would love to be able to make some myself. It really came down here this weekend didn't it??

That's great! I just took a sewing class last night and the first thing I want to make is an apron. New follower from Follow Friday. You can find me blogging here: http://www.couponclippinmommy.com/

Your aprons are so cute - and so is your blog! My friend Jen (Mommy Brain) suggested your blog to her readers. Your little one is super cute! My own little girl is almost 6 months!
